The AJA OG-Hi5-4K-Plus is an openGear-compatible converter card designed to bridge professional 4K/UltraHD workflows with HDMI 2.0 displays. It facilitates seamless monitoring by converting Quad 3G-SDI or Dual 3G-SDI signals to HDMI 2.0, supporting resolutions up to 4K at 60p. The card generates HDR metadata compliant with HDMI v2.0a/CTA-861.3, including support for HDR10 and Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG), ensuring accurate color representation on compatible displays. Additionally, it supports embedded 8-channel 24-bit audio and passes through compressed audio formats like AC-3 and E-AC-3, including Dolby Digital Plus with Atmos. Remote monitoring and control are enabled via AJA’s DashBoard software, compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. The OG-Hi5-4K-Plus is ideal for integrating SDI-based 4K sources into HDMI 2.0-compatible monitoring environments.
